Nestled in the heart of Florence, these apartments offer a truly authentic experience with beautifully designed interiors that reflect the rich artistic heritage of the city. The attention to detail, from the exquisite use of Italian marble to the elegant decor, creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Where I went to school: University of Florence

Most useless skill: My unparalleled ability to perfectly fold fitted sheets. It’s a skill no one ever asks for, but I take pride in my expert-level sheet origami!

Favorite song in high school: Ah, my favorite song in high school? That’s a tough one! It’s a tie between that catchy tune everyone sang at prom and the one I listened to on repeat when I felt a dramatic teenage heartbreak (we’ve all been there, right?). If I had to pick one, I’d say it’s the song that could make even the shiest kid in school get up and dance—always brought the house down at every party. Plus, it had just the right amount of nostalgia and cheesy lyrics to make it timeless!

I spend too much time: Finding the perfect playlist for every mood and occasion. Whether it’s cooking dinner, working, or just relaxing, I believe the right tunes make everything better. Sometimes, I even get lost in curating the perfect soundtrack for the day. 🎶

A Dreamy Stay in the Heart of Florence”

The apartment truly feels like a dream come true. It surpasses even the beautiful pictures we had seen! I am eagerly looking forward to returning. Our group of four spent nearly a month at the AC Caiani apartment, conveniently located right across from the stunning Pitti Palace. The experience was remarkable—the location was perfect, surrounded by an array of delightful restaurants, wine bars, and charming cafes. The enchanting Boboli Gardens and the Pitti Palace added to our magical stay.We also had the wonderful opportunity to explore several locations in the Chianti Classico area, where we savored fantastic wines and visited local wineries, many of which were just a short taxi ride away. Our host, Alessandro, was exceptional; he provided us with invaluable suggestions and insights about Florence and its surroundings, enhancing our experience immensely. I am already looking forward to my next visit to Florence and will certainly reach out to Alessandro for another memorable stay.

Our stay at AC Caiani Pitti Palace was truly magical. The apartment exceeded our expectations with its spotless cleanliness and charming decor. Check-in was a breeze, and our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We loved being just steps away from the Pitti Palace and the vibrant streets filled with festive cheer. The Christmas atmosphere in Florence was already in full swing, with beautiful decorations even though we were still a month ahead. We stayed in the house of Alessandro, we were in 6,  4 adults and 2 children. The house is excellent and the location does not require reviews. A few steps from the Vecchio Bridge, and in the center, and the view from the front of the Medici Palace. If you are looking for a place in Firenze to relax, with a location that does not use a car, Alessandro’s house is ideal.  We will definitely return to Firenze, and if we can, we will stay at Alessandro’s house.

大人4人、子供2人の6人でアレッサンドロさんの家に泊まりました。
家は素晴らしく、立地も言うことなしです。ヴェッキオ橋から数歩、中心部にあり、　サロンから見えるのピッティ宮殿の眺めは最高でした。
広々とした部屋、大きなバスルーム、キッチンは使いやすく、市場で新鮮な食材を買って食べるのが楽しみでした。
フィレンツエで車を使わないロケーションで、大人数でリラックスできる場所を探しているなら、アレッサンドロの家は理想的です。
私たちはまたフィレンツエに戻り、アレッサンドロさんのアパートに泊まります！

A Spectacular Florence Apartment!

We chose this apartment because of its fantastic location—directly opposite the Pitti Palace—and its typical Florentine character. The apartment was exactly like the photos: incredible and luxurious, providing us with a comfortable space to relax after exploring Florence. Unlike cramped hotel rooms, all the rooms were carefully renovated, blending historical charm with modern comforts. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bedding felt luxurious, and the bathrooms were spacious, modern, and warm—worthy of any 5-star hotel. Waking up to views of the Pitti Palace amazed us every single day! Everything we wanted to see and do in the city was within walking distance, which was essential for us. Taxis were also readily available just outside the front door, and the apartment had loads of tips and info on where to go and what to see. Some excellent restaurants were practically on the doorstep, and one of the best coffee houses in the city was just around the corner—perfect for caffeine lovers. The Santo Spirito neighborhood is trendy, with lots of interesting shops, clothing boutiques, designer ateliers, and art galleries on the nearby streets. The piazza in front of the Pitti Palace, directly across from the apartment, was busy during the day but very quiet at night, so sleeping was not an issue at all. Despite being in the midst of the city’s hustle and bustle, the apartment was peacefully quiet inside. Our entire party was thrilled with our choice of this apartment, and we can’t wait to return. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone considering a stay here. Alessandro and Shiho are the most gracious hosts and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is great!

私たちはアレッサンドロさんのアパートで素晴らしい日々を過ごしました。
アパートの装飾は美しく、フィレンツェの中心部にある私たちだけの小さな隠れ家のようでした。
アパートの居心地の良い雰囲気は、私たちの休日を本当に特別なものにしてくれました。
すべてが清潔で、チェックイン手続きもスムーズで手間がかかりませんでした。アレッサンドロさんがいつでも親切に対応してくれたおかげで、フィレンツェでの滞在は本当に充実した日々でした。
美術館・博物館、ショッピング、どこへでも歩いて行け、地元のレストランでおいしい食事を楽しんだりしたのが夢のような日々でした。
またアレッサンドロさんのアパートで思い出に残る滞在をするのが待ち遠しいです！

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and better than the pictures. It is directly across the street from Pitti Palace. We literally opened the windows and had coffee overseeing the palace. This place is one of the best airbnb places I have stayed. Must do!

Great location! I would suggest staying on this side of the river. Everything was clean, the place was as described, and check in was smooth. I have no complaints, and would recommend this spot while traveling to Florence.

Had a great stay here! The place is charming and super walkable, while being on the “quieter” side of the river. My only note – there was no soap, shampoo, etc so we did have to go out and buy that for ourselves. Not a big deal, but we could have planned better had we known.

アレッサンドロさんのアパートでの滞在は完璧で、写真で見た以上に美しかったです！

また行くのが待ち遠しいです。私たち4人のグループは、ピッティ宮殿の目の前という絶好のロケーションにあるこの素敵な場所で、ほぼ1ヶ月を過ごしました。素晴らしいレストラン、ワインバー、魅力的なカフェが至る所にあり、理想的なロケーションでした。

ボーボリ庭園とピッティ宮殿は本当に素晴らしかった。また、キャンティ・クラシコ地区の様々な場所を探索し、素晴らしいワインを試飲し、地元のワイナリーを訪れることができました。ホストのアレッサンドロは素晴らしく、フィレンツェとその周辺地域についての彼は詳しく、私たちの滞在を本当に特別なものにしてくれました。

次回のフィレンツェ訪問を楽しみにしていますし、また忘れられない滞在をするために、間違いなくアレッサンドロに連絡します。

Amazing place! It was walkable, there are restaurants downstairs so if you want a quick bite or coffee in the morning it’s easy to do so. The apartment was clean and comfortable, had what we needed. The espresso machine was convenient. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
